TITLE: Vessel charter to carry out trawl surveys for snow crab populations on the Gulf of Saint Lawrence.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

Request to charter a vessel to carry out trawl surveys at 355 predetermined stations to assess stock conditions and study the biological cycle of snow crab in the southern Gulf of St. Lawrence.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2017 with the possibility of two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

ENQUIRIES – BID SOLICITATION

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than TEN (10) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price.
