Public Services and Procurement Canada require the services of a Senior Strategist Consultant with extensive senior level experience in federal government human resources systems and solutions is required to provide expertise in the development, analysis, evaluation and implementation of plans, strategies, projects and operational initiatives and advice and recommendations of the Director General, Assistant Deputy Minister, and Deputy Minister levels.
