Toronto Metropolitan University (the “University”) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to schedule strategy discussions (via the video conferencing platform Zoom) from interested suppliers capable of providing comprehensive paymaster services tailored specifically for Postgraduate (PG) medical residents.
The intent of these discussions is to obtain feedback from Suppliers to assist the University and the University’s School of Medicine (SoM) in developing a more accurate Scope of Work and overall approach for a potential upcoming procurement for these Paymaster services.
The University firmly believes that participation will be mutually beneficial to both the Suppliers and to the University; however, participation in these discussions are completely optional (for clarity, they are NOT mandatory in order to participate in the future RFP or RFPs).
Proponents are requested to RSVP to the RFI Contact to participate in these discussions. Please identify:
The University plans to conduct discussions during these dates/times (all time is local Toronto time):
Please RSVP as soon as possible. Time-slots will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your time-slot is confirmed, the University will provide a link to the video conference call.
The University reserves the right to add/modify these time-slots. If none of the time-slots will work for your team, please suggest alternatives, and the University will try to accommodate. For clarity, the University may not be able to accommodate any Proponent suggested time-slots.
