RESOLVED: Businesses may experience issues as a result of recent SAP Ariba system maintenance


Please note: This issue was resolved on June 23, 2020. 

Businesses registering for access to the Ariba Network will experience issues establishing their company profile. This is due to a global issue affecting all Ariba Network users. Until this is resolved, please contact the CanadaBuys Service Desk for assistance with completing your company profile. 

In addition, Government of Canada users are unable to access My Apps or other applications within the suite of online procurement services at this time. The CanadaBuys Service Desk is working on resolving these issues as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
