Given that analysis can only happen after digitization, Yervana is digitizing the tours and experiences market where over 75% of the experiences cannot be booked online. Yervana’s technology has digitized 1,500 adventures and 750 operators to date and is the largest marketplace of unique outdoor experiences across Canada. Yervana’s digital marketplace captures real-time first-party data through a proprietary analytics model - YervAnalytics. The model measures customer behaviour from marketing to the cash register and can be leveraged to understand customer intent and gain in-depth consumer intelligence beyond flight and hotel data. Our booking widget is embeddable on DMO’s sites and can provide analytics on where purchases originate from in addition to the complex customer journey from inspiration to booking. Our technology works on any 3rd party ad network including TikTok, Meta, Google, and Pinterest finding the most efficient channel to deliver content to the consumer. Our model is scalable at a national level with granularity at the regional DMO for insights and data sharing that is only available through our first-party technology.
