DFA Infrastructure International Inc. (DFA) has been serving over 50 municipalities and public sector agencies in Canada and the Caribbean since 2003. DFA is a privately owned financially secure Canadian firm located in St. Catharines Ontario and holds a Certificate of Authorization with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). Our staff ranges between 4 and 6 full and part-time professionals at any given time depending on our projects. Associate professionals who are experts in their respective fields also work with us on a project specific basis as needed. We specialize in the management of public works services and bring a unique blend of Financial and Operations & Engineering expertise. This allows us to deal with and integrate both the technical and financial aspects of assignments, which adds value to our projects. Our vast experience includes water and wastewater rate studies and O.Reg.453/07 financial plans, development charges, connection fees, stormwater rates, water sale and purchase agreements, cost of service assessments, cost benefit analyses, landfill liability assessments, contaminated sites liability assessments, asset management plans, organizational reviews, policies and procedures and project management. We have an excellent understanding of the issues related to water and wastewater services and how those might be addressed.
