The Canadian Space Agency intends to retain the services of a contractor, qualified to practice and holding a Quebec permit, to provide the necessary services in order to replace a gas water heater at the John H. Chapman Centre in Longueuil (Quebec). The work must be completed for February 28, 2024. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 1. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Canadian Space Agency, 6767 Route de l’Aeroport, Saint-Hubert, Qc, J3Y 8Y9 on September 20, 2023. The site visit will begin at at 10:00 am (EDT). 2. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than September 19, 2023 at 2:00 pm (EDT) to confirm attendance
