The required data and analysis must be delivered on a quarterly basis. NRCan also requires access to expert analysts who can offer insights and interpretations of the data. Regular updates and consultations with these experts must be available as needed, to assist NRCan in understanding emerging trends or responding to unforeseen changes in the EV market or charging infrastructure. The data provided must be based on robust, transparent methodologies that can be verified by NRCan’s internal analysts, with clear explanations of the data collection processes, analytical methodologies, and assumptions used in developing the forecasts.
