DESCRIPTION:
To contract for the provision of property management services for the Kamloops Research Station. Services to be provided will include legislative maintenance, security inspections, routine repairs to building systems, snow removal and yard/field maintenance. The selected contractor will be required to provide core service and other services “as and when requested” to ensure the assets on site are properly maintained and protected.
The contract period will be from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026 with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to four additional one-year periods.
Optional Site Visit
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (PST).

Basis of Selection: Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price (all criteria)
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria. The bid solicitation contains mandatory and point-rated technical evaluation criteria.
Canada will make its selection based on the compliant offer with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price for award
