    This contract was awarded to:
    Small Giants Canada
    In the Delivery phase, Small Giants Canada is expected to deliver a:
    • Plan and roadmap for the launch of the brand platform
    • Multi-channel brand activation platform to elevate the profile of Canadian agriculture and food to domestic and international audiences (note that additional vendors and/or FCC’s internal Brand team will support the development of required assets)
    • List of KPIs to measure performance
    In the Amplification and Sustainment phase, the proponent is expected to deliver:
    • Recommendations for additional assets to support objectives of the brand platform. (This includes identifying reactive opportunities in response to the external environment and changing needs as the plan is rolled out)
    • Regular reporting on platform performance against KPIs
    • Advisory support for FCC’s internal marketing teams as needs evolve
    • Materials to support knowledge transfer and operational continuity (i.e. Training materials, playbooks)
