The Contractor’s proposed resources will be required to be security cleared at the level of RCMP Reliability status, prior to contract award.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP requires the services of four (4) Project Leader/Executives –  Level 3. As the adopts the PRINCE2 methodologies, the proposed resources will be required to mentor, coach, facilitate and develop specific training workshops to address the change management challenges when applying theory to “real life” projects. 

This requirement will be for one year from date of award, with an irrevocable option for one additional 12 months option period

The Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become pre- qualified for participation in future bidding opportunities.
