For the supply and delivery of thirty-five (35) All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's) for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Hay River, Northwest Territories (NT), Edmonton, Alberta (AB), Winnipeg, Manitoba (MB), and Regina, Saskatchewan (SK). SOLICITATION NUMBER: M5000-15-0735/A ORGANIZATION NAME: Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) NOTICE DESCRIPTION: All Terrain Vehicles for RCMP for Northwest Territories (NT), Edmonton, Alberta (AB), Winnipeg, Manitoba (MB), and Regina, Saskatchewan (SK) COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per location will be recommended for award of a contract. Inquiries regarding this Request For Proposal requirement are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority listed below: Joanne Maybroda Telephone No.: 780-670-8627 Fax No.: 780-454-4527 Email: Joanne.Maybroda@rcmp-grc.gc.ca NATURE OF REQUIREMENT: For the supply and delivery of thirty-five (35) All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's) for the Canadian Coast Guard Base in Hay River, NWT, ("G" Division requires six {6} Each), the Edmonton Post Garage ("K" Division requires four {4} Each), the Winnipeg Post Garage ("D" Division requires nineteen {19} Each), and the Regina Post Garage ("F" Division requires six {6} Each). An option to purchase additional units within one year of Contract award will be incorporated into the resulting Contract and will be raised by an amendment. An additional quantity of four (4) ATV's will be incorporated into the resulting contract for delivery to Regina, SK. Requirements are in accordance with the Mandatory Technical Criteria and Minimum Performance Requirements detailed in the RFP documents in Annex “C”. SECURITY: There is no security requirement associated with the requirement. EVALUATION PROCEDURES: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids. BASIS OF SELECTION: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per location will be recommended for award of a contract. The RCMP may establish up to four (4) contracts for this requirement; one contract for each location. DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. DELIVERY DATE: The Crown is requesting delivery by November 7, 2014 The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
