The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer for the following period:  one (1) year from contract award with three (3) option years. 

The objective of this Standing Offer is to find an Offeror that will be able to supply equipment and tools for various events in the National Capital Region (NCR) as well well as PCH operations, as per Annex “A” o, Statement of Work of the Request for Standing Offer.

Offerors are informed that PCH is currently planning the celebrations surrounding the Celebrations of the 150th anniversary of Confederation in the National Capital Region (NCR).  These events could potentially lead to a revision or increase of PCH’s rental service requirements associated with these events.  However, this is not a guarantee.  

Offerors will be informed of the details surrounding these events in order to confirm whether or not they have the capacity to satisfy any increase in requirements.  These changes in no way change the terms and conditions of the resulting standing offer, or rates submitted in response to the Request for Standing Offer.
