Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) – Correctional Service Canada (CSC) CORCAN Industries in the Ontario Region. This requirement is for: CORCAN requires solid waste and recycling disposal services. Trade agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), World Trade Organisation-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)/Canada-Peru, Canada-Colombia and/or Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreements. Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does include security requirements. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. CORCAN has a requirement for the provision of solid waste and recyclable materials for pickup and disposal at various Corcan Industry sites within the Ontario Region. Objective: The contractor must provide all materials; equipment and labor required for bin rentals and disposal of waste services in accordance with provincial regulations and landfill policies over a multi-year contract. Deliverables: The contractor shall provide solid waste pickup and disposal services and disposal container rentals on a requested basis. Expected Delivery Date: September 14, 2015 to August 31, 2016 inclusive, plus the Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional years under the same conditions.
