Canadian Heritage has established a standing offer for the complete installation of signage and decor for its various events and programs. The period of the standing offer is from January 1st, 2016 toDecember 31, 2017, plus three (3) option periods of a duration of 12 months each.

The types of events covered by the requirement include, but are not limited to: Winterlude, Canada Day, Christmas Lights across Canada, Sound and Light Show and other one-time events.

These events take place at various locations in the National Capital Region, both in Quebec and in Ontario, which include but are not limited to: Confederation Park, Major’s Hill Park, the Rideau Canal, Jacques-Cartier Park, Parliament Hill and roads between official sites.
