Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Divisional Stores locations have a requirement for a firm quantity of two hundred and fifty nine (259) Mattresses, Prisoner, High Risk. This requirement includes one (1) Optional quantity of up to three hundred and fifty-nine (359) Mattresses, Prisoner, High Risk. The Optional Quantities can be ordered within 18 months of contract award through a contract amendment, with a maximum of four (4) amendments.

This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-279 dated 2015-08-31, and viewing sample. Specification documents can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).

The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-contract award sample.

This requirement is subject to AIT, WTO-AGP and NAFTA.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract)

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation.
