Item Required: Surefire Light for Remington 870 Shotgun, Part # 318 LMG-A

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for a firm quantity of 65 Surefire Lights, Part # 318 LMG-A.

In addition, there is an optional quantity of 65 Surefire Lights, Part # 318 LMG-A, which will be ordered within 12 months contract award.

This requirement is no substitute. Substitute products will not be considered. AIT Limited Tendering Provisions as per Article 506.11.e.

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
