REQUIREMENT
RCMP K Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to carry out full Life safety, electrical, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), complete with controls, maintenance service in accordance with Annex A and other services within this specification for Bashaw RCMP Detachment in Bashaw, AB.
TERM OF CONTRACT: Two (2) years from award of contract and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by twenty four (24) months under the same terms and conditions.
The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.
SITE VISIT: There is a site visit scheduled for Wednesday, March 9th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. MDT. Bidders are requested to meet at the main public entrance at 5107 52nd Street, Bashaw, Alberta.
INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Sandra E. Robinson, by email at sandra.robinson@rcmp-grc.gc.ca .
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
As per the Standard Instruction, Clauses and Conditions 2003 (2014-09-25) contained in the ITT:
Canada will make available Notices of Proposed Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS). Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities whatsoever for the information found on websites of third parties. In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all amendments, including significant enquiries received and their replies, using GETS. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the most up-to-date information. Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part nor for notification services offered by a third party
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
