Roof and Foundation Remediation

Work of this Contract comprises excavation and waterproofing of the foundation walls

and grade beams, a perimeter drainage system, grading and landscaping of the site and remediation of four metal clad roofs and all associated work. The building is located at the RCMP Academy Depot Division in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by October 31, 2016.

Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade

The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Bids must be submitted ONLY to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
