Radio-Frequency-Shielded Enclosure for delivery to New Brunswick

The RCMP “J” Division, Technology Crime, requires the provision, assembly and testing of one (1) Radio-frequency-Shielded Enclosure to Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Fredericton NB in accordance with the Specification documents found in the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).

 This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

 This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods (See AIT, Article 504, paragraph 6).

 The responsive bid with the lowest total evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).

 The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

 The Ineligibility and Suspension Policy and integrity clauses are being incorporated in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.

 Bids must be submitted only to Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

 Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

 The bid solicitation documents contain all the requirements relating to the bid solicitation. Any other information or documentation provided to or obtained by a bidder from any source are not relevant. Bidders should not assume that practices used under previous contracts will continue, unless they are described in the bid solicitation. Bidders should also not assume that their existing capabilities meet the requirements of the bid solicitation simply because they have met previous requirements. It is the Bidder's responsibility to obtain clarification of the requirements contained in the bid solicitation, if necessary, before submitting a bid.
