The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a Contract with a single contractor for the implementation and delivery of an eDiscovery and Litigation Support Solution.

This requirement also includes options to purchase additional quantities of the eDiscovery and Litigation Support software licenses as well as professional services and training on an as and when requested basis.

The period of any resulting contract will be for 3 years with CRA retaining the irrevocable option to extend for up to 6 additional one-year periods.
