Description of Work:
This project aims to enhance the Visitor Experience to this area through the complete rehabilitation of the Visitor Reception Centre/Administration Building, two (2) park rental facilities, the Outdoor Theatre venue, six (6) Service Buildings, and two (2) Kitchen Shelters. The buildings are dispersed throughout the South Kouchibouguac campground. Accessible to the park is through the Main Entrance via Highway 117 which can accommodate any class of vehicle.
The project will refresh the appearance of the facilities exterior elements, interior finishes, and upgrade mechanical and electrical services and equipment in order to extend the serviceable life of the buildings and reduce maintenance costs. Roofing shingles, wooden siding, windows, and doors have all reached the end of their useful lives and rehabilitation is required to better adapt to visitor expectations and meet operational needs.

2. Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper personal protection equipement (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.) Contractor's personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
Construction Time:
The contractor will begin the work from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer and will complete the work on or before March 29, 2019.
