Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency requires parking lot improvements that will include lot re-grading to direct surface runoff away from Johnson Lake into drainage swales, paving and painting of the parking lot to increase parking capacity and improve traffic flow, replacement of site privies, curb and sidewalk installation to delineate and protect pedestrian flow and final grading and landscaping of the site.
Bidders' Conference
A bidders' conference will be held via teleconference on March 12, 2018. The conference will begin at 10:00 AM MDT. The scope of the requirement outlined in the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and questions will be answered. It is recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid participate.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the conference to confirm participation and obtain the dial-in coordinates. Bidders should provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the name(s) of the person(s) who will be participating and a list of issues they wish to table no later than March 8, 2018 at 3:00 PM MST.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete all onsite Work by June 15, 2018.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
