NCC building - Fire protection upgrade

SCOPE OF WORK: The NCC building – fire protection Upgrade consists of construction work in a building located in Chelsea, QC. Generally the work consists of, but is not limited to: replacement/upgrades of the fire protection sprinkler system; removal of an existing water cistern and associated piping and wiring; various related architectural, electrical, structural and mechanical work

CONSTRUCTION TIME:

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work:

.1 Construction for this project shall begin on June 25th 2018.

.2 Substantial Completion for this project shall be August 15, 2018.

.3 However, there is no access to site by contractor for the last two weeks of August (August 17 to 31st TBC). The contractor must make sure site is clean and ready to receive occupants before their arrival to site Mid-August.

.4 Final Completion including cleanup for this project shall be September 7, 2018.

.5 Phasing of work:

.1 Contractor must coordinate shop drawings and equipment delivery to site in a proper timing and provide all required personnel and workers to achieve completion on time.
