Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide inmate paid cable vision at Saskatchewan Penitentiary.
Objectives:
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide a viable and balanced CATV signal or equivalent throughout the Penitentiary to up to 698 CATV outlets at Saskatchewan Penitentiary Medium & Maximum Institutions, and up to 182 analog CATV outlets at Saskatchewan Penitentiary Minimum Institution.
Deliverables:
CSC’s Saskatchewan Penitentiary has 880 cable drops. CSC requires that all drops be active at all times. CSC will provide a quarterly occupancy report for billing purposes. The quarterly report will identify the number of users as well as the Common Area feeds (i.e. 500 inmates + 20 common areas = 520 billable drops.). The quarterly report will identify the number of drops that will be utilized and billed for the following three months. The Contractor must provide viable television service to the outlets at Saskatchewan Penitentiary with minimal interruptions of service.
