SCOPE OF WORK
The work is subject to a fixed-price contract covering demolition and construction work to rehabilitate interior and exterior finishes and to adapt the convenience store and boat rental buildings to the Lac Édouard site, as described in the plans and specifications.
The work includes the repair of roofs and gutters, the patching and painting of exterior cladding, the replacement of windows, the addition of an external canopy, the replacement of compartments, doors and wall finishes in washrooms, interventions in decontamination, the complete reorganization of the convenience store with furniture, partitions and glass doors and new floor finishes. Structural interventions (concrete slab on floor, canopy) in ventilation (demolition of systems, new evacuation system), plumbing and electricity for distribution and outdoor lighting are also planned.

There will be an optional or mandatory site visit on Wednesday June 20th 2018 at 10am EDT. Interested bidders are to meet at:

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by October 26th 2018.
