A public bid opening will be held in the office listed above shortly after the time set for solicitation closing.

Description: Work under this contract will involve, but is not limited to the following for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP): Supply all labour, material, tools, and equipment required to supply and install rubber flooring in the IARD training building at the RCMP Academy, Depot Division in Regina, Saskatchewan and is further described in the attached Drawings and Specifications and any amendments thereto.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within three (3) weeks from contract award.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Fort Dufferin which is accessible through the Bonner Drive gate on the 25 October 2018 at 13 30 hrs CST.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
