There will be a mandatory site visit at 2:00 p.m. local, on Thursday, June 6, 2019. Your submission will be considered non-compliant if you or a representative from your company does not attend the site visit.

Written questions will be received by AAFC at melissa.smith3@canada.ca until 12:00 p.m., local Regina time, on Tuesday, June 18, 2019. 

Sealed Submissions will be received by AAFC, 300 - 2010 12th Avenue REGINA SK S4P 0M3 until 2:00 p.m., local Regina time, Tuesday, June 25, 2019. Submissions will not be considered unless all mandatory requirements and forms are submitted as per the instructions contained in the RFQ.
