    Description: Work includes, but is not limited to the installation of a new fire alarm system in three existing buildings. These existing buildings are located in Carrot River, Patuanak and Sandy Bay in Saskatchewan. These buildings are required to remain operational during the installations. Contractors will be required to undergo RCMP security clearance requirements. During demolition and installation, the contractor will be responsible for protection of all existing items that remain in the work areas and adjacent areas.

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 31 March 2020.

    This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.

    No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
