The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (“OAG”) requires a contractor to supply Training Design and Facilitation Services for the OAG Leaders Development Day as further described in Section 2 (Statement of Work) of this RFP.
The Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) offers career development training opportunities to its employees through its Professional Development (PD) Team. Training curricula are set and reviewed annually and training opportunities are offered to employees aiming to develop or improve their competencies required by their position and/or for their career advancement.
The Leaders’ Development Day (LDD) is a one-day, bilingual event organized for approximately 150 “OAG Leaders” management employees from the OAG’s head office located in Ottawa and its four regional offices located in Vancouver, Edmonton, Montréal and Halifax. The “OAG Leaders” includes the Auditor General, Deputy Auditors General, Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development, Assistant Auditors General, Principals, Directors and Managers from the Audit practices, Audit services, Corporate services, Legal services and the Executive office.
