Grounds Maintenance Services and/or Snow Clearing and Snow Removal Services - RCMP Cochrane Detachment in Cochrane, Alberta.

Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Cochrane Detachment in Cochrane, Alberta, has a requirement for the Supply and Delivery of Grounds Maintenance Services at the RCMP Cochrane Detachment in Cochrane, Alberta.

Delivery Date: The proposed period of the contract is a Twenty-Four (24) month period from the Contract Start Date, covering the actual work to be performed for Grounds Maintenance Services. The Grounds Maintenance Service Contract is required for six (6) months each year from May 1st through to October 31st.

The contract includes an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional twelve (12) month periods under the same conditions.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Bidders may bid on either the Grounds Maintenance Services or Snow Clearing and Removal Services or both, and that each service category will be evaluated separately, and therefore up to 2 contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation.

Requirements are in accordance with the Statements of Work in Annex A – Parts 1 and 2, and the Mandatory Technical Criteria detailed in the Annex B of the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.) document.

Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit as per page one of the Invitation to Tender (I.T.T.).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
