Post Garage Renovations, Regina, SK

This project involves but not limited to:

* Full construction services to complete a renovation to the existing F Division Headquarters Building.

*Renovations will occur in basement level/underground parking garage level of F Division Headquarters Building.

*Upgrade to include approximately 40 m2 storage room; c/w concrete block partitions, pressed steel doors and frames; elastomeric epoxy paint finish to new storage room.

*Selective mechanical to include duct work and sprinkler modifications; supply and install new exhaust fan as required to suit new layout.

*Upgrade to Post Garage Area to include complete removal and replacement of existing suspended light fixtures with new LED fixtures (approximate 1' x 4' fixture count of 85 plus some new additional fixtures).

*Work in Post Garage Area will be phased and restricted to be completed between the hours of 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM and must be ready for owner occupancy the following morning.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 15 December 2020.

This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
