The department of Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has a requirement for a vendor to support the 2nd phase of the Axios assyst Upgrade and Enhancement Project which began in the Fall of 2018. At that time, NRCan contracted to Sierra Systems for the upgrade of Axios assyst to V11 to make use of the enhanced web interface, provide multi-lingual support and reconfigure the Configuration Management Database to better align with NRCan’s vision, business objectives and IT Service Management maturity.

Having migrated away from the former Windows-based solution, Natural Resources Canada wants to continue to move their assyst V11 application from preproduction to their production environment, as well as support a number of related enhancements through the configuration of functionalities and features within the Axios V11 platform.
