Reporting to the Accommodation/Relocation Facilities Management Officer under the Portfolio Manager, Building and Tenant Services the resources will be responsible for participating in the coordination and implementation of office accommodation services such as furniture repairs and adjustments, minor reconfigurations to work stations and employee relocations. The resource will provide a high level of client service for Health Canada/Public Health Agency of Canada (HC/PHAC) employees and escalate any issues to the manager. 

The resources must have the ability to work under pressure situations and deal with conflicts associated with service delivery units.

The resources must provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.

There may be a requirement for after hours (16:00 – 24:00) work.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The work is to be performed within the NCR and the resources will be required to provide service to all HC/PHAC properties.
