The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) intends to retain the services of a refrigeration equipment maintenance company to provide all-inclusive maintenance of the chillers and water towers at its facilities at the John H. Chapman Space Centre, in Longueuil (Quebec).
The purpose of the all-inclusive contract is to provide the expertise, equipment, materials and labour needed to level, maintain, repair, ensure uninterrupted operation of and respond to the service calls for the equipment listed in this tender. To meet these objectives, the Contractor shall provide the listed services, ensure the performance and reliability of the equipment, keep the inside and outside of the equipment clean, and provide emergency repair service throughout the term of the Contract.
The Contractor will also be responsible at all times for ensuring the performance of the equipment, that is, maintaining the kW per ton of each unit in operating conditions specified in ARI standard 550.
This requirement also include the complete restoration of three chillers.
