Bid solicitation # NRCan 5000055342, issued under the framework of the E60ZT-18TSPS Supply Arrangement for task-based professional services, for the provision of the following professional services: Stakeholder Engagement Services for the Canada Center for Mapping and Earth Observation’s Flood Mapping and GeoConnection Programs
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Natural Resources Canada for
the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. Natural Resources Canada requires the services from a consultant or team of consultants with significant experience and demonstrated capabilities in engagement services using online tools and remote arrangements to facilitate discussions, as well as gather input and feedback from stakeholders on specific topics related to flood mapping and geospatial standards. Specific objectives to be achieved under this contract are:

• Continued active engagement with key stakeholder groups for the Flood Mapping and GeoConnection programs to achieve the best possible outcomes of multiple complex initiatives.
• Maximise engagement opportunities, especially under current travel and face-to-face meeting restrictions, through use of flexible approaches (e.g. use of online tools, virtual meetings, etc.).
• Ensure that the various activities are planned, executed and reported on in a professional manner that yields the desired outcomes.
