Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires contractor to perform two (2) custom truck box transfer and re-conditioning from an RCMP owned in-service truck to a RCMP purchased cab and chassis, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined within the Request for Proposal. .
All firm deliverables must be received within ten (10) to twenty (20) weeks.
This requirement includes an option to perform an additional four (4) custom box transfers within twenty-four (24) months of contract award.
Security Requirement: There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Mandatory Bidder’s Conference: This requirement contains a mandatory virtual bidder’s conference as indicated within the Request for Proposal.
Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit indicated on the first page of the solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
