DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT
This Standing Offers (SO) is being awarded for Nunavut Regional Office, Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) to require the services of undertaking comprehensive reviews and providing recommendations on the socio-economic components of major project submissions in Nunavut.

LOCATION OF WORK AND TRAVEL
Wherever possible, work will be performed at the offices of the Contractor. Occasions may arise where the Contractor will be required to attend public meetings or work out of the offices of CIRNAC’s Nunavut Regional Office located in Iqaluit, Nunavut. As and when such travel is required, details will be identified and costed within individual Call-ups.

DURATION OF STANDING OFFER
The RFSO 1000218516 resulted in the award of four (4) Standing Offers (SOs). This Standing Offer has an three-year period, plus two (2) irrevocable option one-year periods allowing Canada to extend the term of each resulting SO.
