First Aid Supplies

AMENDMENT NO.2

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Issue Amendment no.1 to RFP document FP802-200160. Items amended are in Annex A Statement of Work and Annex B Basis of Payment and are highlighted

2. Issue Addendum no.1 which contains Set No. 1 of Questions/Answers to this solicitation.

The Canadian Coast Guard College (CCGC) is a national maritime training institution located in Westmount, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. It employs approximately 200 people, has a core training program with approximately 200 Officer Cadets, and offers other training programs that put the number of site users higher than this.

According to the Canada Labour Code Part II, it is the duty of an employer to provide prescribed first aid supplies. Across the College, there are a number of different work locations which require this supply.

To supply, install and maintain first-aid kits at the Canadian Coast Guard College.

Period of the Contract

The period of the Contract is from the date of contract award to March 31, 2022 inclusive.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to Two (2) additional one (1) year (12 months) period under the same conditions.
