Description of Work:

The purpose of this contract is to provide imaging information technology system support to the Imaging Systems Program (ISPM) for Department of National Defence (DND) in Ottawa, Ontario. Due to the operational requirements of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) imagery technicians, ISPM oversees Unclassified Standalone Imagery Processing System (USIPS) and it peripherals, encompassing all required software such as Adobe and other types. The performance level of multimedia imaging USIPS and its integration to various dedicated software and storage devices are constantly affected by new technological advancements that have surpassed the expertise of ISPM staff. ISPM requires the services of 1X Information Technology System Specialist.
