The National Research Council of Canada (NRC), Saguenay site, wishes to acquire a pulsed spray die lubricant manifold for its aluminum high pressure die casting cell. The goal is to update the existing die lubrication equipment, cause the system is in there end of utility life and could die anytime, to a safe and 4.0 compliant system. We want to increase our: connectivity, versatility, traceability, stability and be able to meet future R&D needs of the Canadian industry. The work consists of supply, deliver, installation of the system at the NRC address and training on equipment use
