A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide various sized passenger motor coaches / highway cruisers (40 passenger and above), with operators on an “if and as requested” basis, is required by the Department of National Defence (DND); Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Suffield, Ralston, Alberta, including the British Army Training Unit (BATUS) and Defence Research DRDC, and South Alberta Light Horse (SALH), Patterson Armories, Medicine Hat, Alberta, as detailed herein and in accordance with the line items identified at Annex Basis of Payment. The Contractor must be compliant with all requirements specified in the Annex Mandatory Technical Criteria in order to consider the bid compliant. The proposed Standing Offer is from April 01, 2024, to March 31, 2025, with up two (2) - one (1) year options periods.
