RCMP-CFL Marketing Partnership

The RCMP requires a Contractor to provide recruitment marketing services and to better engage with Canadians. A comprehensive partnership with the CFL provides the RCMP with a unique, and unprecedented opportunity to advance key organizational priorities such as recruitment, building public trust and confidence in the RCMP and enriching employee pride by showcasing the work they do to keep Canadians safe and secure. During the 2024 CFL season, the RCMP will leverage CFL events and initiatives (including, regular season games, playoff games, Grey Cup Tour, public events), CFL and collective team marks and CFL social media channels. The RCMP and CFL will collaborate on the design and execution of two “Hiring Huddles” – public events including members of the public and CFL players and alumni where RCMP representatives will present information on RCMP careers and the RCMP’s journey to becoming a modern, diverse and inclusive organization. The RCMP and CFL will collaborate on the design and execution of a Grey Cup Tour, featuring community events in CFL cities. Lastly, RCMP will leverage CFL social media channels and platforms for the dissemination of strategic RCMP messages. The date of this contract is from date of award to March 31, 2025.
