The work under this Service Contract covers the furnishing of all labour, material, tools and equipment required to provide the following at HMCS Queen Charlotte, Queen Charlotte Armoury and Brighton Compound:Weekly Heating Plant operational inspection at HMCS Queen Charlotte and Queen Charlotte Armoury:Heating season system startup at HMCS Queen Charlotte and Queen Charlotte Armoury;End of heating season system shut down at HMCS Queen Charlotte and Queen Charlotte Armoury; Weekly furnace checks at Brighton Compound;Annual service and cleaning of the furnaces at Brighton Compound; and Repair services, when requested, at all facilities.The Service Contract is required for the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 with an option to extend for two (2) additional, one (1) year periods. The services must be provided in accordance with the Specifications attached herein.
