Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for paving at the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Centre (NAFC) in St. John’s, NL. The scope of work for this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for paving and asphalt repairs. In general, the work under this contract will consist of, but will not necessarily be limited to partial removal of existing asphalt by milling the top 37.5mm, and the supply and installation of additional asphalt paving (mill/fill). This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation. The estimated value for this opportunity is in the range of $100,001.00 to 500,000.00. Delivery date is (16) weeks after award of contract. Bid security will be a requirement for this tender during Phase 2.
