1. This Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunity is open to all interested vendors. 2. Scope & Summary: The City is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents with capabilities of providing Cambium Networks fixed wireless equipment and associated cnMaestro software in order to provide improved network connectivity to City buildings and assets. The equipment purchased will be used to expand and improve network connectivity throughout Calgary. Cambium Networks equipment other than the part numbers identified in Appendix C may also be required depending on the needs of The City and the introduction of new or modified products by Cambium Networks. The City uses an on premise installation of cnMaestro Essentials for management of Cambium Network equipment and there may be interest to implement cnMaestro X with Cambium Care Pro support. Bidders must have Cambium ConnectedPartner status. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Agreement may include a PoC for a period to be specified in the Information Table. The term of the Agreement will be for an initial term of two (2) years and may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms and one (1) additional one (1) year term for a potential term of seven (7) years. Other agreement(s) related to the use or maintenance and support of any of the Deliverables may also be negotiated and executed.”
