Description
SEALED TENDERS for the Three Creeks St Isidore, Marie Reine and Cadotte Lake Grader Beat Contracts will be received at the Northern Sunrise County Office up to 2:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at which time they will be opened. Formal Tender documents for the three-year contract for the above three contracts are available at the Northern Sunrise County office located at 135 Sunrise Road, Peace River, Alberta. They are also available on our website www.northernsunrise.net or on the Alberta Purchasing Connection. A bid bond or certified cheque in the amount of $500.00 must accompany each Tender. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders and to waive irregularities and informalities at its discretion plus other conditions as outlined in the Tender document. The Owner reserves the right to accept a Tender other than the lowest Tender without stating reasons.

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/11/01.
