South Central Bus Maintenance and Storage Facility and Victoria Park Transit Facility Decommissioning

1.This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary is looking for a prime consultant to provide site feasibility and master planning services with a multi-disciplinary team comprising architectural, engineering, planning and urban design professionals including specialty disciplines related to alternative bus fueling and power generation systems and transportation planning. 3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: Until program completion scheduled for December 31, 2025, dependent on the outcome of Phase 1.
