Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration - Request for Proposal - Translation Services

The purpose of this contract would allow vulnerable and at risk clientele an ability to communicate more effectively with Employment Standards (ES) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) staff through removal of language barriers. With in the Ministry of Jobs, Economy and Northern Development Use of a multilingual translator will facilitate clear communication between officers and clientele, specially in circumstances where English is not a first language. Accurate, complete and confident language interpretation services are required for conversations between individuals and government staff. These conversations will involve discussions about employer and employee rights and responsibilities, ES or OHS Legislations requirements or workplace health and safety.
