Good Samaritan Village by Station is a 135 Bed Long Term Care facility comprising of Long Term Care and Assisted Living. The current roof on the main building is at the end of its lifespan and requires replacement. All work must be completed in accordance with municipal, provincial, and federal laws, guidelines, building codes, policy and COVID-19 Protocols. Proponents will be responsible for confirming and verifying all measurements.
